These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mining The Gold In You Devotional reading application (the “Service”) operated by Mining The Gold In You Devotionals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Some features may require account creation. You agree to:

· Maintain confidentiality of credentials

· Be responsible for all activity under your account

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

This access does not grant you ownership of the Service or any content within it.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable laws, interfere with servers or networks, reverse or engineer the application, upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.​

 

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.​

 

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

7. Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.​

 

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits or service interruptions.

 

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.​

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

14. Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time directly in the app:

 

Open the app → Profile tab → Delete Account → confirm.

 

This permanently removes your account and the personal data associated with it (your email address and profile preferences such as your reminder time). This action cannot be undone.

 

If you're unable to access the app, email info@miningthegoldinyou.org from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.

 

Note: devotional reading progress, bookmarks, and highlights are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
